So much has been going on lately and I feel like such an idiot for not really sharing anything. So my diet has been kind of ehh for the past week and I’ve been so stressed and haven’t been doing yoga, then I went out to Las Vegas last weekend which was amazing. Seriously it was the latest damage I had done to my body but it was completely worth it. This week I have been recuperating and now I am starting to feel great again! This is me and my beautiful/wonderful/silly/creative friend and sister in law, Marissa Burns and her on her 21st LV vacation trip. Seriously everyone had such an amazing time and there was non stop laughter from everyone!!
lunch; as promised i said i’d show you the butternut squash soup i made last night. sooooo… i don’t have a blender and you can tell because the soup was supposed to be creamier and not so chunky but it’s still yummy. you guessed it - having spinach salad again this time with pieces of salmon and almond slices and a light italian dressing with some lemon water and carrots for more color in my system!
